CasaProCare is not an agency. It is a small, independent practice run by Abel, based in Albufeira.
Why a small practice?
Many owners abroad have had the same experience: a low monthly fee, a different person at every visit, and very little idea of what actually happens at the house. CasaProCare was set up to be the opposite.
We deliberately look after only a small number of homes. That allows us to know each property properly, spend real time there, and be available when something unexpected happens.
Who looks after your home
Abel has experience in works management and project planning, and also runs Abel Seguros, an insurance brokerage. That combination means practical know-how on the ground and informed advice on protecting your property.
Much of Abel’s other work is done remotely, which is what makes house-sitting possible: when your home needs a presence, he can simply work from there.
What you can expect
