Ongoing
Tailored care plans
A plan built around your home, your calendar and your peace of mind. Visit frequency and scope are agreed with you after an initial visit.
- Regular inspections inside and out, with a report after every visit
- Airing the house, running water and checking for leaks, damp and pests
- Oversight of gardens, pools and routine maintenance through trusted partners
- Preparing the house before you arrive and closing it properly after you leave
- Key holding and meeting deliveries, technicians and tradespeople
- Keeping an eye on post, meters and anything that needs your attention
Presence
House-sitting
Sometimes a visit is not enough. For longer absences, during works or at sensitive times of year, a responsible person can stay in your home by day and/or by night.
- The house is lived in, not just checked — lights, windows, routine
- Someone on site when tradespeople and deliveries arrive
- Longer or simultaneous stays can be covered by carefully chosen professionals from our own network
One-off
Visits & reports
For owners who do not need a plan, or who need an independent view of the condition of their home.
- Inspection visit — a thorough walk-through inside and out
- Visit with video report — a narrated video tour and photos sent to you
- Professional report — detailed written report, with drone imagery for roofs, grounds and hard-to-reach areas
Reports are useful after a long absence, at the end of a tenancy or when you suspect damage. Reports are released once the invoice has been settled.
When it matters
Storm & emergency checks
After storms, flooding or a seismic event, we visit your home as soon as it is safe to do so and send you a photo and video record of its condition. You get a clear picture quickly, and the documentation you need if you have to make an insurance claim.
Repairs & improvements
Works coordination
We have hands-on experience managing works and planning projects. We find and brief trusted local tradespeople, obtain quotes, and are on site on the days the work happens.

- Our coordination fee is agreed upfront and shown separately
- Progress updates with photos, so you always know where things stand
Peace of mind
Insurance & claims support
Through our sister brokerage, Abel Seguros, we can review whether your home is properly insured and help you choose suitable cover. If something goes wrong, we document the damage and guide you through what to do next.
Where we work
Albufeira, the Algarve and beyond
We are based in Albufeira and look after homes across the Algarve and the Baixo Alentejo, typically within around 100 km — and further for the right home. If your property is in a remote area, just ask.
