What personal data we collect
This website has no contact forms and no user accounts. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your name, contact details and information about your property).
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, to prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to provide our services and issue invoices. We never sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by Portuguese tax and accounting law.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Technical cookies may be used only to make the site work correctly.
Third-party services
When you click a WhatsApp link you are taken to WhatsApp, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to abel@casaprocare.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
